COLD BASTARD OUTDOORS RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by COLD BASTARD OUTDOORS within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a restocking fee of 15%, subject to our return policy and guidelines listed below.
Buyer is responsible to ship the items back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
All returned merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from coldbastardoutdoors.com or coldbastardcoolers.com
Returns for purchases outside these websites will not be accepted.
If you want an exchange to a purchased item, first, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the correct item.
All returns including warranty returns must be approved by Cold Bastard Outdoors.

How to ship your return
It is very important that you return your item securely and well packed.
If you don’t have the original packaging anymore, please use a sturdy box and/or bubble/foam/paper packaging to avoid damages during the return.

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used, upon inspection of the returned items.
No refunds accepted after 30 days of the original purchase date (expect on holidays from Nov.20 to Dec.25 purchases, where the return time frame is extended to 45 days from the date of purchase).
Cancellations and Refused Deliveries
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment.
Please note that we usually process all orders within 24hrs after the order is received.
If you would like to cancel after the item is shipped, you must follow the Return Policy, as the we can’t stop the shipments once they are in transit to you.
If you refuse the delivery, and the carrier must return the item back to us, a 25% of the order will be deducted from the value of the sales order.
